In case there are obvious defects in the products (printing errors, factory damage, etc) please contact us at [email protected] with photographic evidence to start the refund process. We stand by the quality of our products and hope to deliver items with a high standard of quality.
However, do consider that UFOSHOCK partners with fulfillment providers for item production, and the refund process is ultimately up to the fulfillment provider. While we trust those providers (we wouldn’t be making business with them otherwise!), there might be situations in the future where we can’t reach a compromise with the provider. In these cases, please be patient while we work on a satisfactory solution.
Do consider that you’ll have 2 weeks from the expected delivery date to submit any complaints regarding defects. Make sure to check the products right away!
Once contact is made, we’ll keep you updated on any developments regarding your refund claim. While we are ultimately bound to the decisions of the fulfillment provider, we’ll do our best to reach a fair conclusion for everyone involved. Ideally, you should receive a PayPal refund as soon as possible.
